Last night, I had the privilege of attending the launch event, experiencing firsthand the incredible flavours and creative cocktails that Monica has to offer. The carefully curated menu embraces the art of charcoal-grilled dishes, delivering rich, smoky flavours, while the clarified cocktails add a touch of innovation that’s bound to impress Adelaide’s cocktail lovers. With a stylish and vibrant atmosphere, Monica is the perfect spot to dine, drink, and soak up the summer vibes, making it an ideal destination for the Adelaide Fringe Festival season.
